Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be advised of any delay of more than one week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped at the email address provided by you with your order. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. 

 

We ship our domestic as well as International order through correos.es

DOMESTIC

Orders are considered domestic when a shipment is sent to an address within Canary Islands.

For Order above €100 - free shipping
For Order less than €100 - shipment cost is €10

Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside Canary Islands.

For order above €100 - FREE SHIPPING

For order less than €100 - shipment cost is €15

International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the Canary Islands as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

No P.O. Box address

 

Please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver shipments to P.O. boxes. We will not be liable if shipment is lost because of lack of the physical street address.

Damages

 

fuerteALOE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
